4DRDS has produced over 350 models for architectural visualization. Basic to the most complex models including exteriors, interiors, or both. Our renderings allow our clients to see a near-finished design before it is built.
MZO Architects, based out of Stoneham, MA, collaborated with us on a major building remodel project. It involved designing a new building facade that would be fitting for its location in Chestnut Hill and more importantly provide a new identity to its retail business. New floor plans were developed to facilitate a new way of presenting merchandise and to facilitate everyday business operations. The owner wanted to add a 3rd floor for additional business operations space. Along with the 2D floor plans, a 3D model was utilized to help the client see their vision in a very powerful way.
