From 1999 to 2014, architect Richard Hunt of West Greenwich RI provided an opportunity to engage 4DRDS as a full-time architectural consultant. In that time span, design and drafting on over 100 commercial projects took place. Following Mr. Hunt's retirement, 4DRDS opened an office on Bellview Avenue in Newport RI. This move provided opportunities for engaging in high-end residential design and construction.
A starter project was provided by Parker Construction of East Providence which turned into an ultimate work experience on an absolutely stunning commercial remodel by Newport Collaborative Architects.

URI Fish Lab
Produced all construction drawings Harry Benn provided engineering services and provided a review of the overall structural system. Harry red-lined all structural systems and details to conform to his engineering calculations.
Omni Tower Building
The Omni Tower Building was to be 6 stories tall with the upper four being commercial and the lower two being parking. Access on foot would be via Cedar Street and garden space on Jones Street.
Audrain Car Museum
This was a landmark project in Newport RI, and more than just a few people were taking notice. The construction company Parker was amazing to work with.
