The Omni Tower Building was to be 6 stories tall with the upper four being commercial and the lower two being parking. Access on foot would be via Cedar Street and garden space on Jones Street. Vehicle access to the first level would be via Cedar Street and an entrance to the second level of parking would be via Bradford Street.

The building saw three iterations over a 2-3 year period as the owners tried to wrestle their wish list with the hard realities of the cost of construction in the city on a constraining lot. In the end, the project never made it off the paper.

All 2d CAD work, 3D modeling, and coordination with engineers was my responsibility for this project as it was with many others while acting as a private design consultant to Rhode Island-based Architect. Below is the architectural drawing set.
