Robert of 4DRDS graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology, thus the study of structure was the backbone of our program. In 2002, Rob linked up with structural engineer Bruce Davey of Davey Associates. Davey Associates was in need of someone who could lay out structural framing and details for their projects. Rob took on the responsibilities as a consultant and since that time, has been laying out framing plans and drawing details for commercial and residential structures. Beck Residence
This was a very custom high end residence. The owner designed the house and while working for Davey Associates, it was my responsibility to layout the framing plans for each level.

Crowne Plaza Hotel Addition
Consultant to Davey Associates Structural Engineers. Produced all construction drawings, at the same time, 4DRDS was providing architectural consultation to the Architect designing and producing the entire architectural package.
URI Fish Lab
Produced all construction drawings. Harry Benn provided engineering services and provided a review of the overall structural system. Harry red-lined all structural systems and details to conform to his engineering calculations.
Newport Vineyards Winery
Produced all architectural drawings and coordinated with structural engineer During the project, the structural engineer lost his draftsman and 4DRDS filled in to finish the project.
Langione Dance Center
